About Me

I believe that life should be exciting, engaging and challenging! I believe that you have the power to create a joyful life. Are you ready to spend YOUR life in the joy of your Comfort Zone?

I know that getting where you want to be can seem like a struggle and I believe that our work together to expand your Comfort Zone will help you create the life you want whether you’re planning your next move up the corporate ladder, organizing an exit strategy, creating your own business, finding time for travel and leisure pursuits or simply haven’t had the courage to begin to dream yet.

I am passionate about helping people make the connections that allow them to think and act differently. And I believe that together we can do this in a warm, supportive way that lets you stretch and grow without fear.
My skills in getting to the heart of situations to craft unique strategies grew out of years of teaching pre-school through grad school, counseling college students and women returning to the workforce, and professional development work with line staff through executive managers. This experience allows me to see common themes in life experiences, clarify wants and needs, and help my clients get the outcomes they want.

Let me use my 20-plus years of experience in education, counseling, coaching and executive training to help you expand and enjoy the life you struggled so hard to build. I’ve changed careers more times than I can count and struggled with my own demons along the way. Let me help you avoid or overcome these same struggles in your life.

We will use my proven Blueprint™ process that turns decades of personal growth research, hundreds of self-help books and dozens of theories into clear, easy-to-understand systems.

I am an International Association for Coaching Certified Coach with a doctorate in Adult Learning and Leadership, and Masters’ Degrees in Counseling and Educational Psychology. My Women Living for Today and Tomorrow workshops were featured in The New York Times, and my teleclass series Mapping Midlife—Sensational at Sixty has helped energize the lives of many.

I live in New York City and when I’m not coaching or serving on the Boards of the IAC and the Coach Initiative, you can find me traveling, still exploring New York, enjoying movies and theater, discovering new restaurants, cooking for friends, meeting with my Transitions Network group, or spending time with friends and family, especially my handsome and talented Godson. And even when I’m doing all these other things, I love taking a pause to smile at the success of my clients, knowing that they too are living their ideal life.
